Water Baptisms, Baby/Child Dedications, Weddings, Celebration of Life, Funerals
Water baptism is a public, outward testimony that indicates a personal, inward faith. It gives evidence of the inner change that has already occurred in the believer’s life when he or she was “born again” through faith in Jesus Christ. Jesus established water baptism when He gave the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19; March 16:16). Baptism identifies the believer with the message of the gospel, the Person of Jesus Christ, and other believers. It associates the believer with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and signifies the believer’s death to the old life and his or her resurrection as a new creation in Christ (Romans 6:1-8; Colossians 2:12). Contact Pastor Gil or Pastor Don for more information.
We follow the model of Jesus being dedicated at the temple by his parents. (Luke 2:22) Families bring their child forward in a Sunday service and a Pastor prays a dedication prayer over the child. For more information email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our pastors officiate wedding ceremonies for congregants who call King’s Fire Church their home, and are available to meet with those who do not have a church home. Pre-wedding consultation is available prior to the ceremony. For more information email email@example.com
