Vaughan and Wendy left England, as individuals, in 1974. Three days later they met on a ship as they sailed to Africa. Their many experiences include living three years in Africa, three years in Jerusalem, birthing five children on five continents, planting two churches, and traveling to over seventy different countries. They are now pastoring King's Fire International in Lake Katrine, New York. Their desire is to see strong people and solid marriages as the center of a community of compassion and character.
Steve has planted many churches in his native country of Australia. He has also seen multitudes saved and healed in the crusades he has held around the world. He is now part of K.F.I. apostolic counsel. His ability to operate in the power of God and the gifts of the Holy Spirit is a joy to behold. His desire is to impart these gifts to hungry hearts and this has been evident in many lives. Steve and Sher are spearheading the revival here and at The Center in Newburgh.
Pastor Joshua and Elaine Ortman are a precise example of “Seek first the Kingdom of God and ALL these things shall be added unto you” ( Matthew 6:33). They're dedication to the cause of Christ is a shining testimony that the promises of God are true. They serve King’s Fire in too many dimensions to mention. With a large, beautiful family and a thriving business, their lives demonstrate loyalty, integrity, and excellence eradicating all excuses. Embrace them and be blessed.
Pastor Rich and Diane Caliendo both discovered the saving grace of Jesus on the same day in 1980 and embraced the love and healing power of the Holy Spirit. Their purpose is to convey this message to the hurting world. Rich is a veteran school teacher with extensive pastoral experience and is the director of King’s College. He has a Master’s Degree in Divinity from Regent University. Diane oversees the prayer ministry in the church and blesses the community as the Aglow International Area President. Together they lead the Sunday Ministry Teams and also serve extensively in many correctional facilities with Diane being the King’s Fire Prison Chaplain. It is a blessing to have and to know this servant-hearted couple.
Pastor Don and Kim Mapes have been in the ministry for many years preaching, pastoring and prophesying over a multitude of hungry people. Don’s gift of evangelism and boldness is a blessing to all who have heard him whilst Kim’s depth and experience, especially with the emerging generation, is astounding. Their lives are a delight, and they are always willing to give of themselves wherever needed.
Pastor Gary and Susan Whittaker have built a life together that demonstrates how we can overcome just about every situation that life can throw at you. Together their hearts are for discipleship, integrity, wisdom, and the necessity of community life. Their extensive experience in human services has served them well in ministering efficiently to the body of Christ. Get to know these awesome people; they will enrich your life.
