Special Events

King's Fire International is a very active and exciting place to be. There are many opportunities for our church family to gather and enjoy each other's company. Beyond our usual after service fellowship in the Cafe, there are many different types of events held throughout the year.

What type of events do we have?

• Spring Fest Annual Picnic
• Fall Fest & Ministry Fair
• Valentine's Dinner & Dance
• Trunk or Treat
• Special Holiday Services
• Conferences
• Guest Speakers
• Weddings
• Private Parties

What does the Special Events team do?

It takes a lot of effort and different skills to pull together an event. The more people who join together to help, the more creative and fun the event becomes (and the easier for the Special Events team to enjoy it as well).

• Plan the event
• Arrange for volunteers
• Shop for food, decorations, etc
• Set up tables, chairs, food, games
• Serve during events
• Make sure everyone has what they need
• Make sure everyone has a great time
• Clean up

You don't have to be able to do all of these things to join the team, just one will do.

When does this happen?

• We try to have something special for our church family and our community every few months, so there is always something going on where you can help.

What do we need from you?

• Your time, energy, and imagination to make our events fun and successful
